How did you get where you are professionally?
I got here by the support of my husband and surrounding myself with people that will help me grow. I learned my hard work, and dedication from my parents. They both worked really hard for our family and also were pastors of our church in El Monte. Seeing their dedication growing up really taught me to fight hard for what I love.
What are the top 3 accomplishments of your professional life?
1. Running our T-shirt business for 13 years from home gave me the opportunity to be home with the kids and still work while they were younger.
2. Working on my personal development NWAC has taught me this is very important to be a successful business owner.
3. Becoming full time in real estate with my husband Manuel and having a great team to coach with our team Mando.
Consider where your personal, and professional philosophies intersect and how this has influenced your career path?
Culture here at NWAC has really determined my career path with real estate. The fact that we get to change people’s family legacy while making a living in real estate is a big deal for me.
What would you do even if you were not getting paid to do it?
Giving back to the homeless community alongside Restoring Dignity with Adrian Bradley, and her family is an honor to be a part of.

Surround yourself with like-minded people, never stop working on your personal development. It will help you grow in every area of your life.
