Meet Adrian

I got to where I am professionally by:

Spending 20+ years in land development for municipal government. I have a passion for real estate development and for the last 8 years I followed and put in place the teachings of Melina Boswell, the CEO and co-founder of New Wealth Advisors Club.

3 accomplishments of my professional life:

1. I have been able to start a non-profit with my children that provides for the homeless community throughout Riverside County;
2. Through NWAC I have been able to close on a few real estate deals and have a few more in the process or coming soon;
3. I have been able to learn from the coaching provided to me through NWAC club and I am now a coach to over 10+ students.

My Personal and Professional Philosophies Intersect:

Though I am a person that keeps to myself and observes the actions of others before act or comment, my personal and professional philosophies intersect when I refuse to be driven by the dollar and I try to find out what I can do to help the next person even if it means I will not benefit monetarily the knowledge that I made a difference in someone else’s life gives me great satisfaction! Being this person has helped and guided me to move from not wanting to be on the Serving Team to now leading the Serving Team at NWAC and from not feeling worthy enough to be a coach to others to now being a COACH to many and a successful one!

What would I do even if I was not getting paid:

I would continue to provide for the homeless community!
