Melina Boswell

Melina Boswell is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. 

She has successfully owned and managed hundreds of real estate transactions and currently runs a private real estate training and investment club in Riverside, California.

Melina’s true passion in life is to empower people to realize the best version of themselves, and knows, from personal experience, that financial security is the foundation of that realization. 

Oscar Solares

Oscar Solares is a former Marine and IT Professional that has been able to transform himself over the last 15 years into a successful real estate investor and entrepreneur.

His journey in real estate started in 1997 when he purchased his first house, followed by the acquisition of multiple rental properties. His search for knowledge, coaching, mentorship and increased success was finally fulfilled when he found NWAC in 2009. Since then, Oscar has applied everything he has learned through NWAC to develop his skills and has been involved in 100s of transactions. 

Christian Rios

Christian Rios is a full time investor & realtor.

He got into Real Estate Investing at the young age of 18 and has built several 6 figure business since then. He is a Lifelong learner  and continues to invest thousands of hours in personal Development & Real Estate Training.

Now he strives to share his knowledge and help change people’s lives through Real Estate Investing. He is a private money lender on flips and is focused on expanding his rental portfolio.

John Slater

John Slater is a Foreclosure Specialist, husband, dad of 3 and granddad of 2.

He has been a professional Real Estate Investor since 2013 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2019. He has been coaching individuals in various aspects for over 20 years.

In 2013 John joined NWAC with zero experience in real estate investing and learned through the club system to find leads and partner up with experience investors. He closed several transactions in first 2 years and became a full-time investor in 2016 quitting two full-time jobs.

Our headquarters is a 10,000 square foot office and meeting venue in the heart of Riverside, California occupied by dozens of full time real estate investors. Every day, our coaches team up with club members across California, Hawaii & Tampa as well as several other states across the country to serve homeowners and flip houses.

WE ARE REAL WORLD

Our coaches help students implement what they have learned in class into real world scenarios involving real people and real houses. Our students not only learn theory in the classroom but we also partner with them on real deals so they get a ton of actionable experience.
