BIO
Kekoa has been active in real estate since he was in college. In fact, he majored in Accounting and minored in Real Estate and Marketing. He received his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) Degree from Hawaii Pacific University and his MATL (Masters in Transformational Leadership) Degree from Bethel University.
Kekoa purchased his first home during his senior year in college as a house-hack and made $500 in cash flow off of his 5 college buddies who rented rooms. He sold the home one year later for a healthy profit. He was hooked and has flipped over 250 homes over the last twenty years. Kekoa is also an active real estate investor owning short-term rentals, a residential senior living home, and, over 200 multi-family units in Seattle, Vegas, Houston and Honolulu. He is a licensed real estate agent and broker in Hawaii, Washington, Nevada and Texas.
On a day-to-day basis Kekoa spreads his time between the five companies that he co-owns: Lwin-Nemoto Investment Group – the fix and flip company; Team Kekoa Real Estate – a concierge real estate team of agents for investors by investors; KECO Capital – a specialty bridge lender; Elevation Construction – a licensed, general contractor; and, Pacific Rim Property Management – property management and consulting for investors.
Kekoa lives in Honolulu, Seattle and Las Vegas. While real estate is his focus, fitness and health are his passion. Kekoa is a ISSA certified personal trainer who loves working out and enjoys training other athletes. He also owns a Men’s Med Spa in Las Vegas to allow him to share his love for health and vitality. His favorite past-time is to jump in his motorhome with his family and head to new cities across the country!
